TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Payment
The goods remain property of Wakefield until the full amount of the invoice has been paid.
2. Delivery
* Wakefield delivers free within Europe (by DHL) on orders over €69,- euro. Usually, delivery of an item will take place in 1-2 working days. Outside of holland delivery can take up to one week. DHL delivers from Monday to Saturday.
* Once the parcel is shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. This way, you can follow the journey of your purchase.
* If you are not at home at the time of delivery, it is possible that the postman reaches your package out to the neighbors. In this case you will receive a ticket in your mailbox with the necessary information.
3. Information about the right to return
Within 14 working days of receipt, you can return the item to us.
Announce a return item by sending an email to wakefieldheadwear@gmail.com
* The costs of return are at the customers expense.
* Used or damaged items will not be accepted.
* If value reduction occurs because the product is damaged, we reserve the right to claim compensation for this or deny the return. If we refuse a return and you want us to resent the item to you, we are not responsible for the cost of the sending.
* The items must be returned with all attachments and in original condition and packaging.
After receiving the item we will take care of your refund.
4. Protection of Personal Data
Of course your personal information will be dealt with confidentially and we will take into account all of the legal rules stated about security of personal information and privacy.
