INFORMATION ABOUT THE RIGHT TO RETURN

Within 14 working days of receipt, you can return the item to us. Used or damaged items will not be accepted.

* Please announce a return item by sending an email to [email protected] * If value reduction occurs because the product is damaged, we reserve the right to claim compensation for this or deny the return. If we refuse a return and you want us to resent the item to you, we are not responsible for the cost of the sending.
* The costs of return are Free in The Netherlands. And the cost of return outside of The Netherlands are the same as the shipping expense that had to be paid when placing the order. We will send you a return label.
* The items must be returned with all attachments and in original condition and packaging to:
